The cover is a little bit more challenging to hold in the chuck. I cut a piece of heavy wall PVC tubing to use as a spacer and tapped the part back tight against it and tightened the chuck. Facing off the cover to the prescribed 0.125" left about 0.040" between the cutter and the face of the jaw.
