Light Meter Page
I have owned a number of light meters over the decades, starting with a Gossen Luna Pro.

When I got back into photography around 1989 I purchased a Sekonic L-488 DigiSpot and used that for many years. A manual for that can be found here. In that same time period I had a Zone VI Modified Pentax Digital Spot meter, but truthfully preferred the Sekonic. I had Dan Stone make a belt case to fit the meter and it is shown along side "old faithful". I think the feature I like the most is the ability to switch from Spot to Wide by just sliding a lever.

Lately I have been using a Minolta Spotmeter F and have grown to like it very much. While it can be a bit complicated, I have gotten up to speed on taking Highlight/Shadow readings and using the average when desired. Instructions can be found here.

Along the way I had a nice Minolta Flashmeter IV
dropped in my lap and will be using it while doing flash photography. It
was too inexpensive to pass up. I lucked out and found a pencil/pen
case on Amazon that fits the meter with the 5°
