Tray Warmer
In the past when I did Kallitype prints, I wanted a means to warm the developer tray to keep the chemicals in suspension. At that time I used a medical heating pad, which worked so-so.
I obtained a Food Warming pad from Amazon to use in this manner. Here is my testing of the pad.

An 11x14 tray was placed on the warming mat and filled with 2L of cold water from the tap. I used a Hobo H08 Data Logger for temperature testing and to protect it I floated it in a Schaller tray with the sensing bead over the side and immersed in the water. The little "boat" is free to float around the tray. The Hobo was set to record temperature only (it supports humidity as well) to increase the length of time it will record. Data is read every 3 seconds and the logger will record for 11 hours in this mode.

I set the heating mat to the
210°
